Profile
Norifusa Hashimoto is a founding partner of Kaynex Law Offices with a wealth of experience as a partner in several leading domestic law firms and international law firms.
He advises both international and Japanese domestic clients in finance, corporate matters and various strategic transactions and relationships.
He has extensive experience on a broad range of finance transactions, such as structured finance, securitization (including the first CMBS issued in Japan after the collapse of Lehman Brothers), capital markets transactions (including samurai bonds), banking transactions, and real estate transactions (including TK-GK, TMK and J-REIT). He also has extensive experience providing regulatory advice.
